EMPLOYABILITY PROGRAMME

Our Employability Through Football programme, supported by Fifa Foundation and Irish Youth Foundation, uses football as a tool to attract and engage young adults to promote self-confidence and develop job-seeking skills, providing access to career training opportunities, formal qualifications and job placements that present an opportunity to secure sustainable employment.

Football offers an opportunity for youths and young adults that are furthest from the job market to help them participate in education and job training. Football For Employability delivers an employability programme for Young Leaders in the SARI Soccernites (males) and Hijabs and Hat-tricks (females) programmes delivering demonstrable results that move participants closer to third level education, employment and training.
