Filming took place over a two year period across Ireland and in that time over 500 people were filmed in over 10 locations with 131 making it into the final cut.
The Dvd demonstrates that the wider sports community is made up of many different people from many different backgrounds that support and value cultural diversity and social inclusion.
It acts as a catalyst for participation and discussion around integration through sport and hence supports and raises awareness of opportunities for peace and reconciliation in a shared society.
It will increase public awareness and promote the benefits of sport as a positive tool for valuing cultural diversity and social inclusion for the younger and older members of our local, indigenous and ethnic minority communities on the island of Ireland.
