"This crime is not typical of the community of Tyrellstown or of greater Blanchardstown but we want to ensure it never happens again. We want to ensure that this tragedy is turned to good by mobilising all comunities and ethnic groups to work together for a better society for us and for our children.

We are appealing to all communities to come together and turn out this Saturday in Dublin City Centre for a united show of solidarity with Toyosi's family and friends and for a tolerant society, free of racism."
